To become pioneer and foster the rise of 58000 youths among the 58000 Gram Panchayats of Uttar Pradesh i.e 1 youth every Gram Panchayat who can emerge as a leader for the Sustainable development of the rural areas by setting a SMART village means a village which is self-sustained where Education, Women Empowerment, Environment and Employment together can bring the ultimate change in the whole society.
