Taking the thought forward for Quality eductaion in the rural areas a similar program was organized in the district Buladshar in collaboration with Nehru Yuvak Kendra (NYK-Bulandshahr), GOI. Hundreds of students who performed well in their studies were awarded in different criteria like Board results, Sports, Arts, etc. Also the teachers who put in a lot efforts with students in guiding them were also awarded. Many respected people took part in the program and inspired students for their great future.
Taking the thought forward for Quality eductaion in the rural areas a similar program was organized in the district Kannauj in collaboration with Rekhankit Foundation. Hundreds of students who performed well in their studies were awarded in different criteria like Board results, Sports, Arts, Social work, Women Empowerment, etc. Also the teachers who put in a lot efforts with students in guiding them were also awarded. Many respected people took part in the program and inspired students for their great future.
National Youth Day
National Unity Day
On the occasion of National Youth Day several meetings were organized with the youths of the district in various schools where Sanitary Pads were distributed to them and also they were motivated to work hard and smart to achieve heights in their life.
Taking this thought forward and synchronizing it with our mission of Quality Education a program was organized on National Unity Day in 10 districts of Uttar Pradesh namely Bijnor, Lalitpur, Jhansi, Kannauj, Gautam Budh Nagar, Hapur, Agra and Aligarh.
Health & Hygiene
Awareness
An awareness program on women's heath and hygiene was conducted in one of the very under developed village of the district where womens and girls were gathered together and were awared of their health and hygiene especially during their menstrual cycle. Also, sanitary pads were distributed to them and were encouraged to use pads during menstruation.
"My Pad, My Right" Awareness Program
An awareness program on “My Pad, My Right” a project launched by NAB Foundation (NABARD) was organized at Gram Mubarikpur, District Hapur, Uttar Pradesh, which was addressed by National Coordinator of the project Ms Sudha Varghese. Also, sanitary pads were distributed to the women.
International Youth Week
International Youth Week was celebrated by SSF to strengthen the Youth leadership in rural areas and also bring about leaders. It included many activities like Skill Training, Webinar on Importance of Youth Leadership, Sanitary Pads usage awareness and it's distribution, Awareness and Training for Gram Panchayat Development, etc.
National Sports Day
National Sports Day is celebarted every year on the birth anniversary of hockey player Maor Dhyan Chand . At this occasion a running cometition of 1000m, 400m and 200m was held among the children and youths of the villages and the winners were awarded. The main aim of the program was to mark the importance of sense of competition, awareness, exercise, physical activity, etc. in students from the very early age of their life.

Gramin Netratva Prashikshan
Awareness is the key to the development in the rural areas, seeking to the positive outcomes of the awareness to the rights of the villagers being a member of Gram Sabha as mentioned in the government which work on 29 subjects are in the hands of the Gram Panchayat. Keeping all the points into consideration and in line to one our mission of Self-Sustained village a “Panchayat Samvaad Program” was organized at Gram Mubarikpur, district Hapur,UP. The program was organized under the graceful presence of several ex-officials of Government of India. A library in the name of “Panch-Parmeshwar Gramin Pustkalaya evam Soochna Kendra” was inaugurated with the motive of imparting awareness to the youths or the people who are willing to take active part in leadership as Gram Pradhan, Committee of village etc. so that people know about their jobs where they are willing to go as presently there is no such institution which is providing such training to the youths.
A flagship program launched by Shaurya Shakti Foundation in the name of “Gramin Netratva Prashikshan”. As we are aware that state of Uttar Pradesh comprises of approx 58,000 Gram Panchayats and it has not yet working on the terms as mentioned in the Constitution of India. So to improvise that it is necessary to bring the right leadership for the development of the villages. Being a Master Trainer at Panchayati Raj, Aashutosh Sharma is determined to bring such youths in front and support them by providing all the relevant information pertaining to Gram Panchayats and its execution.
Gram Sansad
In light for conducting the District Panchayat Parliament firstly Gram Sabha was organized at the village level where every Gram Sabha was a cluster of 5 villages. 15-20 such Gram Sabha was organized by our team to aware the people of the village who are also the member of the Gram Sabha as per the constitution.

District Panchayat Parliament (Hapur)
A district Panchayat Parliament was organized by SSF in collaboration with TSA, SIRD and NIRD&PR in the district of Hapur The meeting included 60 Pradhan from different villages of the district, 40Gram Panchayat members, members from different NGO’s and Youths.

National Science Day
National Science Day was celebrated by SSF where Inter School Science Model competition was organized whose theme was "SMART Village". In this program approximately 5000 students were approached with the participation of 10 Inter colleges in the district, among which top 3 projects were selected from each school and on final day the jury selected the top 3 models among those 30 models.
Rural Library
A library is established in the village where students from all the nearby villages come and get the opportunity to study in a positive environment. Thus helping youths and children to be focused more towards the constructive development. The library is powered by a Solar Power Plant OFF-Grid unit solely installed by the contribution of our team, thus helping the students to study there 24*7

State Level Panchayat Parliament
A State level Panchayat parliament was organized at Indira Bhawan Lucknow by NIRD&PR, SIRD & TSA which was addressed by then Director General NIRD Mr W.R Reddy, Director General SIRD Dr. Venkateshwar Loo, Deputy Director Panchayati Raj Ms Praveena Choudhary. Also it included members from all over the state which was mainly to discuss upon the upliftment of the villages and working on implementation of the proper rules as per the constitution.
Leadership Development Program (Prayagraj)
A leadership development program was organized by Vishwa Yuvak Kendra,GOI and TSA at Prayagraj. The main objective of the program was to prepare personnel in each district for the leadership development among the youths by providing them right exposure and which is actually the n eed of the hour.
Skill Development Training for Employment
As one of our mission is to work for the Employment of the youths thus keeping that in mind and already having such skilled team members at SSF, a skill training program on “Solar Power Plant” was organized where during the training sessions many youths participated in it and shown their interest in the same.
Guest Lecture at Engineering Colleges
Being an Entrepreneur and an experienced Industry expert Aashutosh Sharma got the opportunity for guest lectures in Engineering Colleges in many renowned univeristies of Uttar Pradesh like Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, ABES Engineering College, Galgotia's College of Engineering & Technology, JSS Academy of Technical Education, GLA University, SHARDA University, TMU University, BBD-Lucknow and many more. The main objective was to share the experience with budding graduates and inspire them to be innovative and come up with their own ideas for Start-Up which can be life changing. It was great interacting with the youths of today's generation.
Solar Plant at Mubarikpur 1kWp
As a part of the SMART village development initiative a Solar Power plant and OFF-Grid system was installed at the Library established and maintained by me and my team of Shaurya Shakti Foundation. This effort has helped many youths of the village to study at the library 24*7 without any interruption due to electricity.
Environment Awareness (Plantation Drive)
Many Environment awareness drive has been conducted at different places throughout the district where the aim is not only to plant the trees but also of taking care of them until they can outgrow without any extra care or efforts. This has been always our saying that "Plant One Each One, Protect One for Everyone."
Webinar on Importance of Youth in Nation Building
A webinar was organized on "Importance of Youth in Nation Building" which was headed by an ex-government official, university department heads, etc and it was attended by many youths where they were given a different exposure in this direction of lightening the spark of responsibility towards nation and its well being.
MoU with Sharda University for Rural Development
An MoU has been signed with SHARDA University after multiple efforts of Aashutosh Sharma and team wherein the students of Masters and Doctorate come and study at the village for its problems and the possible solutions. In line to it farmers were also given training for better farming approaches and also various other trainings were given in the village to the students and people.
International Women's Day
International Women's Day was celebrated in the light to bring up young girls to participate in leadership where they also presented various acts. We also launched our new helpline in the name of "Student's Corner" where students can upload their query related to career and they will be given the proper assistance.

Career Counselling of Students in Inter Colleges
As the Quality Education is the topmost priority thus students of standard 10th and 12th were approached for Career Counselling at Inter Colleges where they were provided with the exposure to various different career options from which they can choose the best for themselves and as per their interest. Aashutosh Sharma and his team is always intoo continuous efforts for helping students at all the possible levels.

Gram School Kathikhera, Hapur
The primary goal is to set the foundation for quality education and an education that can bring change in the life of the children as well as the society. So, to achieve this we have taken an initiative to develop “Gram School” at every village where children of all age can come and an elementary education other than the basic education can be imparted. Currently we are running multiple centers in the different villages where participation of students is remarkable and also youths are employed in centers.
SMART VILLAGE
The main project of organization is to develop a model of "SMART Village or SELF-SUSTAINED Village" which means a village that is self- dependent in all the terms like Education, Employment, Energy, Women Empowerment, Market development, etc i.e in turn developing a village which retains it's true identity and at the same time people are equipped with all the basic facilities and are in matching frequency to the cities when lifestyle and facilities are considered. A village in Hapur district in the name of Mubarikpur is pointed by us where approx 19 subjects are taken into consideration which will lead to sustainable development of the village.
